We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Where the Service offers AI-powered content generation (including but not limited to image, video, audio, or text generation), you are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate, save, share, or export.
You agree NOT to use the Service to create, request, generate, store, or share content that:
(a) Sexually exploits minors — depicts, suggests, sexualizes, or simulates the sexual abuse, exploitation, or nudity of any minor (a person under 18). This includes photorealistic, stylized, cartoon, anime, or otherwise depicted minors in a sexual context. This is strictly prohibited without exception and may be reported to NCMEC, French authorities (including Pharos), and any other competent law enforcement.
(b) Depicts gratuitous or graphic violence — including torture, gore, mutilation, beheadings, mass casualty events, or content glorifying, promoting, or instructing real-world violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
(c) Sexualizes real people without consent — including non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepfake" pornography, or sexually explicit depictions of identifiable individuals (public figures or private persons) without their documented consent.
(d) Promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
(e) Violates the rights of others — including copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, or privacy rights, such as generating misleading or defamatory depictions of identifiable individuals.
(f) Facilitates illegal activity — including content depicting or enabling the manufacture of weapons, drug production, fraud, or other criminal conduct under applicable laws.
(g) Impersonates or deceives — including fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating content designed to deceive others as to its authenticity, source, or origin.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, filter, or remove generated content, and to refuse, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Service for any user who violates this section, with or without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations — particularly those involving minors — will result in immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or offensive results, and you accept full responsibility for any content you generate, retain, or distribute. We make no warranty as to the appropriateness, accuracy, or legality of generated outputs.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
